How do I order?

We accept credit and debit card payments through our payment partner's systems. Our website is SSL secured, as proven from the green padlock in the URL bar. When a website is SSL SECURED, all the info stored is encrypted between the site's server and your browser, meaning all data passed between our website and your browser is private and integral. This security allows you to shop in our site without bothering yourself about the safety of your information.
We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use SF express, EUB, USPS, UPS or DHL EXPRESS to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

However please expect 6-9 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.
Customers can return the un-used shoes within 30 days of receive for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to assist you with your request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for socks and insoles items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within a 10-15 business day.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
